Course Description

Patients who experience medical negligence suffer both physical and emotional pain. Similarly, it is daunting when a physician is faced with a medical malpractice lawsuit that can erode their practice or profession.

Usually, the next step is the court system. However, the litigation process discourages communications other than those between the parties’  respective lawyers. The communication then becomes an interrogation or a deposition at a hearing. INSTEAD OF TALKING, THEY TESTIFY!

This two (2) day highly interactive advanced workshop provides a unique opportunity to develop an understanding of mediation in the medical setting, and skills on how to prepare and participate effectively in a medical mediation.

Expert Facilitator
